Rize Peptides Returns Policy

1. Overview
At Rize Peptides, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality research peptides and related products. To maintain the highest standards, we only accept returns or refunds for items that are damaged or defective during shipping.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original packaging with visible damage or defect.
For safety and legal reasons, opened or used peptides are not eligible for return.
If a parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable, you will be due a full refund minus £5 delivery fee - unless there is clear evidence that it has been returned to us due to no fault of the customer, a full refund will be due - we will assess this on a case by case basis.
By purchasing you accept that you may not receive a full shipping refund if the parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable.

3. Return Process
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at rizepeptides@gmail.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage.
Upon approval, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
We may require the damaged product to be returned for inspection.
If there is clear evidence that a product has been damaged by the customer and are attempting to return, this will be rejected.

4. Refunds and Replacements
Once the damaged or defective product is confirmed, we will process a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are undamaged and unopened are not eligible for return or refund.

Customized or special-order products
