Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original packaging with visible damage or defect.
For safety and legal reasons, opened or used peptides are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at rizepeptides@gmail.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage.
Upon approval, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
We may require the damaged product to be returned for inspection.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Once the damaged or defective product is confirmed, we will process a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
